Dale Sports is a technology startup dedicated to revolutionizing the management, planning, and practice of amateur sports. Its mission is to integrate sports associations, coaches, athletes of all levels, and the ecosystem related to physical activities through innovative web and mobile solutions, ultimately aiming to enhance society’s quality of life and well-being.

MY ROLE

As the Tech Leader and Senior Backend Developer, I was responsible for leading the technical team and architecting the platform’s backend infrastructure. My role encompassed defining the system architecture and implementing robust, scalable APIs to ensure seamless integration among various modules and enhance user experience.

MILESTONES

  • Development of a Multi-sport Platform: We implemented a platform capable of supporting over 70 sports disciplines, offering customized features for each.

  • Applications for Coaches and Students: We launched dedicated apps that improve interaction and engagement, enabling class management, performance tracking, and direct communication.

  • Process Automation: We automated operational routines such as class scheduling and enrollment management, optimizing time and resources for sports associations.
